With many years of experience in design - build general contracting, I can guide your project through completion, handle any questions along the way, and do so with your vision and happiness as my ultimate goal.
wORKING WITH ME
My clients find me to be very efficient and effective with their money. I typically work on an hourly basis, but also have bid out projects. I also often work under the umbrella of the general contractor, working closely on timelines and budget. I am flexible and happy to work out what you feel comfortable with.
how are your fees structured?
Absolutely! I work on projects across the U.S. and am able to work remotely with virtual meetings.
Do you travel?
If you want to start construction in the Spring, we should start designing in fall, ideally. In general, I make your timeline work with my schedule and have express packages available.
